TRACT connects to 50+ public data sources across 77 Minnesota municipalities. Coverage depth varies by city. Reports for all cities include federal data (FEMA, EPA, NWI, USFWS). Cities with higher tiers include local zoning GIS, verified setbacks, comp plan alignment, and impact fee schedules.
Coverage improves weekly as new data sources are connected. Individual report fields show data-as-of dates and source attribution. If a field is unavailable for your parcel, it will be clearly marked in the report.
